Orders placed before 2:00PM Central Time will be shipped the same day; orders placed after 2:00PM will be shipped on the next business day. (Please allow two additional business days for ring sizing.)

We ship all the orders via USPS. Domestic customers can choose priority mail, express mail; international customers can choose airmail or global express mail. Shipping fees will be indicated when you place the order and choose the carrier class.

We want to provide you with the pearls that you truly want at the value you expect. This is why we offer an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee.

If within 30 days of you order from thelin.com you decide to return it for a full refund or an exchange, please follow the follows procedures:

When returning merchandise, please secure all merchandise in it's original packaging. Please include the gift boxes or purses with which your order was shipped as well as all accompanying materials.

Also, please remember to insure the package for the full amount of the purchase price.

All returns must arrive at our company within 30 days from the order date.

Exemption to the 30 days Return Policy are the ring items. Please be advised that rings sizing fees ($30.00 per ring) will be charged.

Also, custom made items are not returnable.
